Alexis get a new dress

Know how they say the cobbler's kids have no shoes? Well, I am in the process of working with a company and putting together the Suga-Pie Line for Spring 2012. So this seems like a great opportunity to test out some body styles all in Alexis' size of course! I am also trying out some new hair clip ideas as well. Let me know what ya think!

Crazy Day!

Wednesdays are always crazy for me because they are a day without Alexis in the store so I try to get as much as I can accomplished. Today started with Alexis and I enjoying peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the bathroom floor while we should have been taking showers! Drop off at Grammy's and she proudly said, "Bye, Love you!" Made my day.

I cleaned the events cottage getting ready for Kindermusik class tomorrow; Made new color combination headbands and hats for the store and then there was the events committee meeting. The huge disappointment of the day is that my samples that were headed to Dallas got held up on the wrong UPS truck due to an accident on the turnpike so they won't make it on time. Now after talking with Peggy, I am calm again and faced with many new creative ideas and decisions to make.

I am sitting here rocking Alexis who has her first real upset tummy and am grateful for all God's many blessings. He will direct our paths if we only allow him to.

St Patty's 2011

Great day in downtown historic Crystal River, FL. Thanks to Burkes of Ireland we got to dress the kids up and participate in the Annual Dog Parade. We had a great time and a had a wonderful turnout. After the parade we stopped by Mr. Green Jeans at All About Nature and then continued to SuGaBuG Kids' event cottage to make Leprachaun Masks and enjoy some shamrock cookies.
