Watermelon Pageant Time

This is another SuGaBuG original design. Triple ruffle pants with lace ruffled edging. Topped with 6 layers of ruffles across the back of a sequined watermelon applique rick rack apron knot dress. The gauze peasant top has eyelet rimmed puff sleeves. Completely adjustable so she can wear it again next year! Of course, no design is complete without feather trimmed boutique bows as a crown upon her curls.
